Use cases / Mortgage platforms

Indicative valuations for mortgage workflows.

Get a defensible estimate the moment a case enters your pipeline — before a formal valuation is commissioned — with the comparable sales and confidence level shown, so your team knows how much weight to put on it.

The problem

Early-stage affordability and eligibility screening needs a property value before a formal, commissioned valuation is worth paying for — but a bad early estimate can send a case down the wrong path. Loan officers either wait for the formal valuation (slow) or guess off a stale index (imprecise), when what they actually need is a fast, evidence-backed estimate with an honest confidence signal attached.

This is an indicative estimate for early screening, not a substitute for a formal, licensed property valuation used in the actual credit decision.

How it fits your workflow

Called once, early, at case intake — before the formal valuation is ordered.
